Cleveland's 100 Best Restaurant A-list
Cleveland's A List is produced annually by cleveland.com. Corleone's is proud to have earned the award for
Sophisticated Italian fare. Restaurants can earn this distinciton for being independently owned local
restaurants, that have been in operation for at least five years, each exemplary for its food, service,
atmosphere and other elements of a top-shelf foodservice.
Winning Dish: Corleone's Chili
Wine Spectator Award of Excellence:
Corleones was once again honored with the Wine Spectator’s
Award of Excellence. All restaurants achieving this honor have passed rigorous evaluations,
demonstrating that their
wine selections are clearly presented and appropriately paired with the restaurant’s cuisine.
This is Corleone's thirteenth consecutive year of achieving this honor.
Autism Society Annual Chili Cook-Off
Winner! Autism Society Chili Cook-Off 2012
Professional and amateur chefs from more than 30 area restaurants shared their best creations
with about 500 people. Supporters got to satisfy their taste buds with chili recipes that
ranged from savory to sweet to spicy, and Corleone's received top honors at the event!
Sampling specialties from a baker's dozen of the area's top chefs kept 350 guests
entertained at Our Lady of the Wayside's annual Finest Hors d'Oeuvres Contest. Partygoers with ballots and wine glasses in hand
diced over choosing the best appetizers and came up with a tie for first place.

March of Dimes Signature Chef Auction:
Winner! March of Dimes Signature Chef Auction 2010
Marlon Mayorga, one of Corleone's Executive Chefs, took first place in the March of Dimes
Signature Chef Auction! This is the Second Year in a row that Corleone's
has won the title.
Winning Dish: Pan seared scallop with sweet butternut squash, candied pecans, and drizzled
with brown sugar butter served over micro greens.
